Very central location in the middle of jackson. Thoughtful and excellant staff always on hand...

the location was brilliant, steps away from golden square mile. it was also near the centre and montreal's downtown and all the tourist spots. our room was good-sized and spotless and had climate control, a flat-screen tv, and ironing facilities.

This truly exceptional hotel is beyond compare, enjoyed it. It's a welcoming base for sightseeing and exploring Montreal. - All the staff members are attentive and thoughtful.

During our stay at Four Seasons, we were truly impressed by the level of technology and convenience they provided. The in-room iPad system allowed us to easily communicate with the staff and make any requests we had. It was amazing to be able to chat with them and get prompt responses through the Four Seasons app. This feature made our stay even more enjoyable and hassle-free.

Although our overall experience at Four Seasons was fantastic, there were a couple of minor drawbacks. The restaurant fell short of our expectations, particularly with its limited wine selection and overcooked wagyu steak.

Lack of Front Desk Associates However, the lack of front desk associates slightly dampened my experience. There was only one associate working the front desk, causing a long line and a wait of about 12 minutes.
