Loved our romantic escape! The staff was incredibly friendly, they upgraded our room and even sent us a cake and a toy for our chihuahua. The location was perfect, close to downtown and with great recommendations from the concierge. The room was beautiful and spotless, with high-end finishes.
Hated the loud music from a nearby bar on Friday night. We couldn't sleep until 1 am.

During our stay at Four Seasons, we were truly impressed by the level of technology and convenience they provided. The in-room iPad system allowed us to easily communicate with the staff and make any requests we had. It was amazing to be able to chat with them and get prompt responses through the Four Seasons app. This feature made our stay even more enjoyable and hassle-free.
Although our overall experience at Four Seasons was fantastic, there were a couple of minor drawbacks. The restaurant fell short of our expectations, particularly with its limited wine selection and overcooked wagyu steak.

The design of the hotel was truly amazing, and our room was a delightful oasis of comfort after a busy day exploring. The bed and linens were dreamy, ensuring a restful night's sleep. One advantage we enjoyed was the complimentary treatment at the spa for tired legs and feet, which left us feeling rejuvenated.
There were a couple of aspects that we didn't quite enjoy. the restaurant lacked in certain areas.

Luxurious and Exquisite Amenities From the moment I arrived at this hotel, I felt like a VIP. the exclusive amenities provided here are remarkable such as the indoor swimming pool and the relaxing Jacuzzi. the room advantages were also impressive; the plush pillows and the very comfortable bed ensured a restful night's sleep. the bar/lounge area is also a great place to unwind and socialize.
Lack of Front Desk Associates However, the lack of front desk associates slightly dampened my experience. There was only one associate working the front desk, causing a long line and a wait of about 12 minutes.

The room was amazing, with top-notch amenities and a comfortable bed. The bathroom was spacious and had a separate shower and bath, which was a nice touch. The location was great, with easy access to key attractions and dining options in the area. Plus, the staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the local area.
The room service menu was quite limited, especially for vegetarians. It would have been great to have more options beyond just pasta.
